    PRESIDENT/CEO

    GREGG BRUNCLIK

President and CEO Gregg Brunclik has had a passion for building things since he was young. That passion has evolved over time, from building the company’s first loudspeakers to building Clearwing Productions from a small audio company into a one-stop shop, capable of fulfilling virtually any event or venue’s production needs.

Gregg leads the Clearwing teams in Milwaukee and Phoenix by leading by example.  “The best way to inspire people to do whatever it takes to get a job done well is to show them I’m willing to do that myself,” he says. Prior to incorporating Clearwing in 1985, Gregg gained 17 years of experience running front of house sound for local and touring acts.

In addition to building a successful company, Gregg and his wife have also built a life centered on faith and family. His nine children, ranging in ages from thirty-five to six, are his biggest pride and joy.

I never turn down exploring, kayaking, or painting. When I can, I’m usually driving around antiquing and finding ways to make vintage pieces into contemporary design elements. In the winter you can usually find me watching classic Hollywood films or binge watching Bollywood movies while making Indian food. Or in the summer as well. Basically, anytime. There’s lots of Netflix in my life.

Funniest prank anyone pulled on you?
I have a stuffed squirrel that I take on shows with me (ask me about him sometime), and my advisors at Penn State used to always steal it and hide it. One day I got a picture of it looking like it was about to be cut into fifty pieces – I wasn’t a fan.
