When Strong Financials wanted to reward its employees for the great year, it called upon NBA Hall of Fame inductee Bill Russell to deliver the motivational speech, and a full-blown stage show production to entertain the troops. Plenty of lights, music and a ton of confetti filled the room while the audience of nearly 1500 danced on into the evening.
